Years of hands-on experience—and an extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement—have taught me to look beyond the place that hurts. I am fascinated by how tension, compensation, and the demands of everyday life connect, and I want those patterns to make sense to you, too.
That curiosity keeps my work evolving. Continuing education is a constant in my practice, helping me refine what I see and expand the broad range of modalities behind my integrative approach. It gives me the freedom to choose what makes the most sense for the body in front of me.
